How are your prints made? All images are printed on heavyweight museum-grade archival Hahnemühle Cotton rag photo paper with archival pigment inks.
Do images on my computer accurately display what the print will look like in person? Colors can look different depending on what monitor or brightness level you have. We do our best to show what the images will look in person but please know that they can vary slightly. We have also done our best to accurately show what each size will look like.
How long will it take to receive my "print only" order? US orders are shipped and arrive within 7-10 business days. Allow 2-3 weeks for International orders. Shipping is free within the US. Contact us for shipping info on International orders.
Do you offer framing? Yes! We've partnered with our friends at Simply Framed to offer high quality custom framing made by hand here in the USA. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for your delivery. Frames are made with wooden frame moldings in your choice of a natural, white or black finish, and we use plexiglass for preservation and safety instead of glass.
Please make sure to order carefully from the drop down menus and note the mockup of your artwork with the crop, frame color and mat options before you make your purchase. All sales are final.
When complete, your framed piece is wrapped in bubble wrap, secured firmly within more protective packaging in the box and shipped via FedEx ground. Extra large pieces including a 24x36 and a 30x45 with a mat will ship via freight. You'll receive an email and tracking number as soon as your framed artwork is shipped.
Can I purchase an image I like on David's Instagram account? Yes, drop me a line at email@example.com for ordering information.
Do you charge Sale Tax? Yes, if you are shipping to an address in California a 9% tax will be applied to your order.
How are the prints packaged? All prints smaller than 24 x 36 are shipped in a sturdy flat cardboard mailer. Larger prints are rolled and shipped in a Kraft tube.
Do you accept returns? We are not able to accept returns at this time. If your print is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact us if you receive a print that has been damaged in transit, as occasional exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.
